Service Description

A combination 30-40 minute weight training and treadmill workout (or bike, stepper, elliptical, rower, whatever you've got!). We will move on and off the machine, alternating between intervals of strength cardio. Some classes may focus on specific muscle groups, while other days we may do a total body session. Either way, no two classes will be this same. This is a class for all levels and no machine is NO PROBLEM! Variation moves will be provided as well as various speeds for all fitness levels using the cardio machine. Equipment will vary week-to-week but always communicated ahead of time and alternatives suggested if necessary. All ability levels are welcome with modifications and variations provided as-needed.
