Service Description

No two classes are the same and the energy is high. This class is a 30-40 minute total body mash-up of high-intensity intervals with cardio drills, strength training, and core. Equipment will vary week-to-week but always communicated ahead of time and alternatives suggested if necessary. All ability levels are welcome with modifications and variations provided as-needed.
