Service Description

A 20-30 minute focus on heart-pumping High Intensity Interval Training. Short bursts of dynamic and fun (yet functional) movements alternating with short rest and recovery intervals. Some weeks we may use light weights or go low impact, while others will be body weight only or high impact. As always, no two classes will ever be the same! Equipment will vary week-to-week but always communicated ahead of time and alternatives suggested if necessary. All ability levels are welcome with modifications and variations provided as-needed.
