Dealer’s Choice is the perfect compliment to your week of workouts. With a goal of providing fun and new themes, formats and muscle group focuses, we will be able to fill in any tiny gaps in the weekly programming. Equipment will vary week-to-week but always communicated ahead of time and alternatives suggested if necessary. All ability levels are welcome with modifications and variations provided as-needed.
