Stretching & Targeted Core Strengthening

This class (previously known as Sunrise Stretch) will start with 10 minutes of dedicated stretching to work on flexibility, muscle soreness and fatigue. Then we will spend 30 minutes of light impact movement building strength in the abdominal area, the core and the glutes. This is a weekly class but as a new addition, every four weeks we will start a new "series" to target a specific area or concern. For example: core stability, core mobility, glutes and pelvic floor, light weights and more. Equipment will vary week-to-week but always communicated ahead of time and alternatives suggested if necessary. All ability levels are welcome with modifications and variations provided as-needed.
