Not sure you can handle all the moves in a certain class? Don't you worry about a thing. I provide modifications for every movement. I'm great at helping you deal with unexpected injuries or limitations– including the fact that your kids may be running around in the background.

Each and every week, you will find five classes that are specifically designed to hit all the major muscle groups, while also providing you the rest you need to continue to build on your strong foundation.

It's Time to Move That Body

Mondays: Strong is Pretty  

This class is designed to focus on building strength and developing proper form using weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. We will work to increase your power and endurance through functional fitness and strength training.

 

Specific equipment will vary week-to-week but always communicated ahead of time and alternatives suggested if necessary.

 

All ability levels are welcome with modifications and variations provided as-needed.

Tuesdays: HIIT & Fit  

A 20-30 minute focus on heart-pumping High Intensity Interval Training. Short bursts of dynamic and fun (yet functional) movements alternating with short rest and recovery intervals. Some weeks we may use light weights or go low impact, while others will be body weight only or high impact. As always, no two classes will ever be the same!

 

Equipment will vary week-to-week but always communicated ahead of time and alternatives suggested if necessary.

 

All ability levels are welcome with modifications and variations provided as-needed.

WEEKLY CLASSES

Alternating Wednesdays: Tread & Shred  

A combination 30-40 minute weight training and treadmill workout (or bike, stepper, elliptical, rower, whatever you've got!).  We will move on and off the machine, alternating between intervals of strength cardio. 

 

Some classes may focus on specific muscle groups, while other days we may do a total body session. Either way, no two classes will be this same.

 

This is a class for all levels and no machine is NO PROBLEM!  Variation moves will be provided as well as various speeds for all fitness levels using the cardio machine.

Alternating Wednesdays: Dealer's Choice  

Dealer’s Choice is the perfect compliment to your week of workouts. With a goal of providing fun and new themes, formats and muscle group focuses, we will be able to fill in any tiny gaps in the weekly programming.

Thursdays: Core Fit  

This class (previously known as Sunrise Stretch) will start with 10 minutes of dedicated stretching to work on flexibility, muscle soreness and fatigue. Then we will spend 30 minutes of light impact movement building strength in the abdominal area, the core and the glutes.  This is a weekly class but as a new addition, every four weeks we will start a new "series" to target a specific area or concern. For example: core stability, core mobility, glutes and pelvic floor, light weights and more.

Saturday Sweat Deb Tilton Fitness dtfitness

Saturdays: Saturday Sweat  

The perfect class to set the tone for your weekend!

No two classes are the same and the energy is high. This class is a 30-40 minute total body mash-up of high-intensity intervals with cardio drills, strength training, and core.  

 

Equipment will vary week-to-week but always communicated ahead of time and alternatives suggested if necessary.
