Making fitness fun and accessible for super-busy women like me is my passion!

I use a simple and personal approach to meet you where you are. I act as a vehicle to show each of my clients how to make wellness fun & flex it around your own personal and physical challenges.

Through a virtual platform, I provide the ongoing support you crave to help you gain the body confidence and strength you need to face the challenges each day brings.


Together, we translate that energy into power.

Each week is carefully programmed so that we hit every muscle group. This allows you to build strength and power. Plus, there are specific cardio and core offerings too.


While live classes give you the most bang for your buck (feeding off the energy of every woman there), I provide an on-demand replay so that you can squeeze it in on your own time as well.
